The layer between Claude and your systems
For Claude to work with company data, someone has to handle sign-in, permissions, data separation and a record of what was read. That layer is called AI middleware. ClientAI provides it as a ready-made service: nothing to install, nothing to build.

Three steps and Claude knows your data
Store your credentials
In the ClientAI administration you add a connection: an e-mail and API key for NetHunt, a read-only user for ABRA Flexi. Credentials are stored encrypted and nobody sees them again.
Add the connector
In Claude, add ClientAI as a custom connector. Your colleagues sign in with their Google account and ClientAI knows which company they belong to and what they may read.
Ask
Claude picks which system to read and what, and can combine data from several sources. Every call appears in the usage overview.

ClientAI decides what Claude may read, and does nothing else. These properties follow from how the service is built. They are not settings someone could switch off by mistake.
Data in the EU
ClientAI is run by a Czech company on Google Cloud in Belgium. The database and backups stay in the European Union.
Read only
Claude's tools cannot write, delete or send anything in your systems.
Companies kept apart
The database enforces data separation on every row, not just the application. No other company can see your data.
Encrypted credentials
Passwords and API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. They are decrypted only at the moment of a call, never reach Claude, and are never displayed.
A log without content
For every call you see who, when, which tool and the result. We store neither the questions nor the returned data.
Access under control
Sign-in with Google, and you manage your company's members yourself. Removing a member or deleting a connection takes effect immediately.

Integration through an API
The same tools are available with an API token. Use it for Claude Code, your own scripts, or a usage widget in your ERP.

Frequently asked questions
Which Claude does ClientAI work with?
Any Claude that can add a custom connector: claude.ai on the web, Claude Desktop and Claude Code. You add the connector in Claude's settings and sign in with Google.
What is MCP, and do I need to understand it?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard through which Claude calls the tools of other services. ClientAI is an MCP server. You don't need to understand it: in Claude, you just paste the connector address.
Can Claude change or delete anything through ClientAI?
No. All ClientAI tools only read. We also recommend connecting systems through a user that itself has read-only rights.
Where is the data, and what does ClientAI store?
The service runs in the EU, on Google Cloud in Belgium. We store only encrypted credentials for your systems, your company's members, and a call log without content. ClientAI does not store the data Claude reads.
Who in the company sees which data?
Every member of your company in ClientAI reads from the systems the company has connected. Nobody sees another company's data. The usage overview shows who called what, and when.
